All sales are final on CompleteSet. However, we oversee every purchase made on the platform, and a Buyer can contact us if an item is not received or not as described in the listing. Items purchased on CompleteSet cannot be returned if they do not fit. An item can also not be returned if it was accurately described in the original listing but no longer wanted.
If a Buyer either receives an item that’s not as described in the listing or is sent the wrong item, a Buyer can report the problem to us within 3 days of delivery through Contact Us in the app. You’ll be asked to provide photos that prove the item is not as described in the listing within 24 hours. Please DO NOT rate your Seller if this occurs.
If the return is approved, we will assist the Buyer in returning the item to the Seller. A Buyer’s purchase will be refunded in the original form of payment.
To avoid problems with sold items being returned, we advise all Sellers to be as detailed as possible when creating listings. Buyers, please carefully review the listing description, Seller Rating, item photos, and ask the Seller any questions you may have about the item prior to purchase.
